Millwright
We have an opening for an experienced Millwright to join our skilled millwright team. Applicants should have verifiable experience as a millwright in the manufacturing industry. This position is for full-time and swing shifts.
The wage rate for this position is $25.00 – $33.00
Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
- Maintenance and repair of all machinery, equipment, and facilities
- Troubleshooting hydraulics and pneumatics
- Preventative maintenance
- Fabrication, repairs, welding, and installation of all equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized facility daily

Log Yard Operator
We have an opening for a Log Yard Equipment Operator to join our team. Applicants must have experience operating heavy equipment in a sawmill or log landing setting. This position is for full-time and swing shifts.
The wage rate for this position is $23.00 – $27.00
Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and fluid levels and report issues daily to the maintenance department
- Safely operate heavy equipment in a production setting
- Sort, stack, and handle cedar logs
- Assist in the routine clean-up of the log yard
- Unload and load log trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate chain saw when needed

Laborer
We have an opening for a Maintenance Oiler to join our millwright team. Applicants should have basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. This position is for full-time and swing shifts.
The wage rate for this position is $18.50
Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
- Off-bear lumber from chain via size and thickness
- Stacks lumber by grade and piece count
- Conduct general cleanup
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 or older
- Prior mill experience preferred but not required

Maintenance Oiler

The wage rate for this position is $22.00 – $24.00
